They put out close to $500 of their own money on an annual basis to prepare their classroom and students, but higher salaries aren't the number one focus of educators in New Jersey when it comes to funding priorities.
It seems like only yesterday that I was stressing over my own SAT's. Both of my sons took the test multiple times and each time I remember them anxiously awaiting the results. Once was enough for me, since I was never good at taking tests to begin with.
On Thursday, November 3rd, Holy Spirit High School signed a partnership agreement with Georgian Court, New Jersey's Mercy University. Faculty and a select few students were invited to meet with the University officials and witness the conjoining of these two fine educational institutions.
Back-to-school time is upon us. Some families in South Jersey found themselves with an empty nest for the first time ever as their children packed up and went off to college to start the school year. Others are gearing up for another year at one of our local schools.
