Atlantic City Schools

The Atlantic City School District has put a temporary stop to students returning to class for hybrid learning and returned to completely remote learning while the district deep-cleans the school buildings. Students and teachers will work from home during the shortened week leading up to Thanksgiving.

The Atlantic City Board of Education voted Tuesday to begin the school year with all-remote learning for all of the district's schools.

Good news for more than two dozen employees who were laid off by the Atlantic City School District. They've been rehired just in time for back-to-school.
