Atlantic City Boardwalk will now have 230 new additions to their boardwalk.According to the Press of Atlantic City, The Casino Reinvestment Development Authority have agreed to issue around $11 million in bonds to install 230 security cameras along the Boardwalk in Atlantic City. Installation of the surveillance cameras, will take place over the winter and spring of 2016.

Cameras would be installed on poles where beach blocks connect with the wooden walkway. Police would be able to access the cameras and monitor the streets and boardwalk for safety concerns. Cameras would also be installed on the digital-display poles which are used for advertising.
