It looks like the southern Jersey is much more stressed than the rest of the state...and surprisingly so.

A study was conducted at the Rutgers Center for State Health Policy who did some digging on not just what stresses out the typical New Jersey resident but which counties are the most stressed among the state.

Well the most stressed out counties of New Jersey may shock you. Highest report of tension came from the Atlantic and Cape May counties. The most common reasoning for high stress levels were reported to be related to a family member and their personal health or not having enough time to get everything done.

Approximately 1,202 adults in New Jersey were asked to rate their stress over the last month with the choices being "no stress, some stress, or a great deal of stress."

Looks like we all need to work on taking a second to kick back and relax. I bet that will make a huge different.
