It's time to celebrate our independence! So, put on your your red, white and blue and come on out to a 4th of July parade near you.

Here's a list of 4th of July parades in South Jersey according to Jersey Family Fun and Atlantic City Weekly.com

Northfield: The annual parade starts at 10:00 AM, at Jackson Avenue and Broad Street. The parade will proceed down Shore Road to Mill Road, and Birch Grove Park. After the parade you can enjoy a free hot dog and soda at  Burton Avenue Fire Station Pavilion.

Ocean City: The OC Bike Parade begins at 10 AM at 40th and Asbury Ave.  Registration starts at 9 AM. The Parade starts at 10 AM.

Smithville: Nothing like spending the 4th of July in historic Smithville. This is one of the biggest parades in all of New Jersey with over 10,000 expected to attend. The parade is set to take off starting at 9 AM. The parade will proceed down Smithville Blvd  to Moss Mill Road and will end at the Village Greene Parking lot at noon.

Cape May: The parade will start at 1 PM on July 6th on Beach Ave. Line up is at noon on New Jersey and Philadelphia Avenues. The parade route is on Beach Avenue

Hammonton:  The city of Hammonton's parade starts at 11 AM along Bellevue Avenue from Egg Harbor Road to Third Street. Patriotic Pets are also welcome to join the parade.

Buena Vista: The parade will kick off on July 6th at 3 PM at First Beach in Collings Lakes, travels through township to festival site at Michael Debbi Park on Cedar Avenue in Richland.
