See Where Atlantic City Ranks on Most Affordable Beach Towns to Buy a Beach House

Living in a beach town certainly has its perks. For many, the beach is a vacation detestation, and living on the beach, or close to it, is a dream.

The real estate website, Redfin just came out with a list of the 15 Most Affordable Beach Towns to Buy a Vacation Home in order to help you achieve your dream of living close to or even on the beach!

According to the list, Atlantic City comes in at #1 for affordable beach towns, with a median sale price of $52,250, and over 27% of the homes are waterfront. Atlantic City beaches, nightlife and iconic boardwalk also earned rave reviews, according to the article.

The beach resort town of Miami comes in at #2 and Clearwater, Florida, the spring home of the Philadelphia Phillies, rounds out the Top 3.

The Garden State has another beach town on the list as Long Branch, in Monmouth County makes the list at #14.
