Seasonal Hiring Will Set a Record This Holiday Season

Here's some good news if earning extra cash is on your Christmas wishlist this holiday season. Seasonal hiring is poised to set an all-time record this year!

Over 700,000 seasonal workers are expected to be hired for the busy holiday shopping season, according to CBS News.

Target will lead the way as they're set to hire over 120,000 workers. That's a 20% increase from 2017. Kohl's has over 90,000 seasonal positions available, 80,000 for Macy's and JC Penny has over 15,000 positions available during the season.

Online Christmas shopping is expected to once again be enormous this year. UPS will hire over 100,000 for the seasonal push, while Fed Ex will have over 55,000 seasonal positions available.

Just in case you're counting, there are only 74 days until Christmas day!
