The Easter bunny comes early this year for hundreds of kids and adults too! Speaking of Easter, let's take a trip back in time to see what the boardwalk looked like at the Atlantic City Easter Parade in 1930.
The annual parade on the world famous boardwalk first started back at the turn of the century. By the roaring 20's more than 200,000 people packed the world-famous boardwalk.
Take a look at this really cool YouTube video from Footage File.net. Watch as over 300,000 packed the boardwalk on Easter Sunday 1930 in their finest Easter attire!
I never would have survived that kind of a crowd. Speaking of Easter, this year, the annual Easter Best Dressed Contest at the Steel Pier in Atlantic City starts at 2 PM with registration beginning at noon. Happy Easter!
