‘Read Across South Jersey Tour’ Finishes at Galloway’s Reeds Road School [AUDIO]

This year’s official Read Across America Day was this week. The NEA’s Read Across America Day is a nationwide reading celebration that takes place annually, on or close Dr. Seuss’s birthday.

Across the country, thousands of schools, libraries, and community centers participate by bringing together kids, teens, and books, and we are too!

I love the idea and I’ve have been a part of the celebration for years, going to South Jersey schools to read to kids.

This year, Lite Rock wants to expand on the idea and, that’s why, the week, March 3rd to the 7th, I conducted “Eddie’s Read Across South Jersey Tour”.

Each day I went to a different South Jersey elementary school to read Dr. Seuss to the kids!
