Police Search For Hit And Run Driver Who Fatally Struck Ocean City Man

Police have released the identity of an Ocean City Man who was killed in a hit and run last Saturday, September 12th. The accident occurred on the Black Horse Pike in Pleasantville. Authorities have identified the man as Ned Tobias, 37, of Ocean City. Tobias was struck while riding his bike. Police responded to a call of a man lying in the road in front of a local bakery near Chestnut Avenue.
