Pleasantville Nonprofit Group to Provide Free Immunizations for Children

It's nearly a 100-year-old Tradition of helping and providing care to those children in need. A local child immunization clinic is offering free immunizations. The clinic located at18 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd in Pleasantville. The Child Federation's Children's Clinic offers free state required immunizations and physicals for children who don't have insurance.

Last year the clinic provided over 1,555 immunizations for needy children. New Jersey has the nation's second-highest rate of children with no health insurance.

The clinic operates as a nonprofit and receives help from the United Way, The Kiwanis of Atlantic City and others. Donations are greatly appreciated
