John Green, the author of The Fault in Our Stars, sat down with Mental Floss to share 33 totally absurd facts about toys. They'll make you look at toys in a completely different way — and will confirm that Cabbage Patch Kids were super terrifying.

2. Candyland was invented for kids bed ridden by polio.
