Neighbors Say Man’s Over-the-Top Halloween Decorations Are Too Creepy [PHOTOS]

A Pennsylvania man's super-creepy Halloween decorations are a little too much for some of his neighbors.

The Pittsburgh’s man’s Halloween display is causing controversy, because his yard is decorated with blood, plastic dolls and a cannibal bunny rabbit.

Some people in the neighborhood said the display is too graphic and they want it to be taken down, but others say it’s all in good fun for the upcoming holiday.

He said he receives the most complaints about the baby dolls hanging from a fence, but he’s not breaking any laws with his display.

In fact, the city’s main policy is that holiday decorations can’t stay up for longer than 90 days. It doesn’t say anything about what those decorations can be.
