Movie Time: Marlene Reviews ‘If I Stay’

'If I Stay' is based on the best-selling novel.  However, I never read the novel, so I read some movie reviews instead.

The reviews weren't all that good, but after watching the trailer I knew I wanted to see 'If I Stay'.

The movie is a romantic drama, with the emphasis on drama.  If you like music, then go see it.

The characters in the movie are very much into music.  The dad had been in a rock band, the daughter played the cello, & her boyfriend was in a band.  I knew that was enough to keep my interest.  And I was right.

Plus there were references to music & bands throughout the flick that any music-lover would probably appreciate.  At least I know I did.  Plus the soundtrack was pretty cool.  So, go see 'If I Stay' & if you want, give me a shout out & lemme know what you thought.  :)
