From their website, here's more about a pale pineapple craft(!) from Evil Genius Beer and the guys who make it.  See you at America on Tap!!

"The idiots behind Evil Genius are proud to announce the release of I Love Lamp – Pineapple Hefeweizen. Brewed with pale, munich, and wheat malt, and hopped with Tettnang and Hallertau, we take the very traditional Hefeweizen and up it a notch with Pineapple! At 5.5% ABV, this will refresh your pallet during the hot summer weather.

The warmer weather warrants a brew that will quench your thirst, as well as your taste buds. Pineapple aroma jumps out of the glass, while melded in the flavor with banana, clove and delicious wheat.

The brewers officially introduced I Love Lamp  – Pineapple Hefeweizen last May at Doobies Bar on Lombard Street in Philadelphia. Hefeweizen is a wheat beer, from the Dutch for "white beer" .

This beer debuted in cases and draft in late May 2014 in the following markets; Baltimore, North Eastern Maryland, Philadelphia, York, Reading, Scranton, The Lehigh Valley, Delaware, New Jersey, and Massachusetts.

About Evil Genius:

Evil Genius was founded by friends and craft beer lovers Luke Bowen and Trevor Hayward while they were attending graduate school at Villoanova. Realizing their job prospects were grim due to the recession, they decided the best way to take over the world was through craft beer. Launched in 2011, Evil Genius is now sold through 13 wholesale partners in five states.  Mwahaha!
