On July 16th, Hamilton Township Police responded to the area of Pinehurst Avenue and Berry Drive for the report of a possible child luring incident. Authorities say a caller advised them that a silver Subaru Forrester, driven by a white male with dark black hair, approached an 11-year-old girl while she was walking down the street. The suspect asked the girl if she needed a ride and for her phone number, at which point she ran to a neighbor’s house. While officers were responding to the incident, they located the suspect vehicle, which was being driven by 35-year-old Talal Aridi of Mays Landing.

Aridi is scheduled to be arraigned on February 20th and is being held in the Atlantic County Justice Facility.
