August 17th, 1998 was a big day for Carlos Santana.  On that date, which was exactly seventeen years ago today, Carlos received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.  That very same year, Carlos was inducted as an individual into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.  He performed "Black Magic Woman" with the writer of the song, Fleetwood Mac's founder Peter Green.  Green was inducted the same night.  And this upcoming weekend will be a big one for Santana fans in Atlantic City.

This Friday and Saturday, August 21st and 22nd, Santana returns to Borgata's Event Center at 9 pm each night.  Check for tickets now at www.theborgata.com.  Come see why Santana's music has spanned several decades.  Santana's unique blend of rock. Latin, and blues as well as frontman Carlos' personal storytelling is definitely worth seeing...and hearing.

Do AC this weekend with Carlos Santana and his legendary band Santana.  :)
