Salad can be a great option when you're looking for a healthy meal.  Yep, I said meal.  Salad is not just a big bowl of lettuce!  Oh no.  Don't let salads fool you.  Salads can be fun and filling too.

Take chicken Caesar salad, for instance.  Grilled chicken is a much healthier choice than fried chicken, and it's got your protein too.  And romaine lettuce is an excellent option.  It's loaded with vitamins, minerals, and fiber.  Plus it's much more interesting than boring iceberg lettuce, don't ya think?  Just don't go overboard with too much dressing, and you'll be fine.  And you'll be satisfied!

Remember...salad is not just for rabbits anymore.  :)
