Where do you go to buy bread in the grocery store? In the bread aisle, right? Yep, that's what I always did... until recently.

A few times I bought a loaf of whole-grain bread baked fresh in the grocery bakery. It was delicious but would be stale in just a few days. Packaged bread stays fresher a lot longer, but that's because it's full of preservatives. And we all know that's not good at all.

So I decided to buy packaged bread...without all the preservatives.  Of course, you won't find it in the bread aisle, because it won't stay fresh very long. Instead check out the frozen aisle, in the "healthy" section. There you will find healthier options. Of course you need to store in the fridge instead of the cupboard, unless you like eating stale bread. Or you'll be using it to make bread crumbs. LOL

Of course it will cost you more bread to eat healthier bread, but it's all good in the long run.  :)
