Marlene’s DVD Review : The Best of Me [VIDEO]

Chelsea Lauren/Getty Images for Los Angeles Confidential[/caption]"The Best of Me" combines drama & romance, which is pretty much my kinda movie.  What can I say?  I'm a sucker for a chick flick!  It's about a couple who falls in love in high school, but circumstances ultimately tear them apart.  They find themselves crossing paths again twenty years later (actually twenty-one, to be exact).  And although their lives have gone separate ways, they find there is still a strong bond between them.

"The Best of Me" is a story about trying to overcome the past and all the obstacles along the way, some of which never go away.  It's about second chances...and taking chances.  If you like drama/romance flicks like I do, then you may wanna check out this movie.  And you may wanna keep a few tissues handy, just in case.  I coulda used some myself.  :)
