To commemorate Read Across America Day on Wednesday, I visited two classes at the Charles L. Spragg Elementary School in Egg Harbor City.

Read Across America Day is held each year on Dr. Seuss' birthday to promote a lifelong love of reading.

Thanks to Mrs. Farnan for inviting me to read to her first grade class and to Bianca Marinucci for asking me to read to her second grade class at Spragg School.

Students in both classes made me special keepsakes to remember my visit and they could not have been nicer. Thanks to all at the Spragg School!

Here are some photos from my reading visit to the Spragg School in Egg Harbor City.

Listen to this short audio highlight from the Spragg first and second graders...

Also, if you're looking for something fun for the entire family that's right in your backyard, come to Kidabaloo on Saturday, March 19th!
