There's a video that's been making its way around the web for years, and yet every time it pops up, I have to watch it because it makes me smile...and especially because it was filmed here!

It's called 'Kindness Boomerang,' and was created by Life Vest Inside, a non-profit group whose mission is "to empower and unite the world with kindness."

The video is centered around the idea of paying it forward, doing small acts of kindness for the people around you in the hope that that person will do the same thing.

In this video, it all comes back around to the original person...hence the boomerang.

What's especially cool about the video is that it was filmed in downtown Red Bank!

The video was originally posted in 2011, and it's clear that it was shot in early 2011 or before, as a lot of the businesses shown (Ashes, Ballew Jewelers) simply aren't there anymore, or are now called different things.

It's definitely cool to see the video unfold, starting on the east side of Broad Street by White Street, and working it's way across Broad and up towards Mechanic Street.

It's a great message, and so very Jersey Shore! Love it!

(Oh, and in case you were wondering, the song is "One Day" by Matisyahu!)
