Lake Lenape Triathlon To Close Roads Saturday
Two weeks ago, the Challenge Atlantic City Triathlon closed numerous roads around South Jersey. This Saturday, another triathlon will close roads again.
The Lake Lenape Triathlon will held in and around Mays Landing this Saturday and the following roads will be closed from 8:00 to 11:00 AM:
• Old Harding Highway from Weymouth Rd. to Mill St.
• Mill Street from Old Harding Highway to Lenape Ave.
• Lenape Avenue, Park Rd. and Tanglewood Dr. / Thirteenth St.
People living on Park Road between Lenape Avenue and Lake Drive will not be permitted use their vehicles to enter or exit their homes during this time.Local traffic will be permitted on all other roadways and drivers are strongly encouraged to travel at a reduced speed for the safety of the race participants and themselves. All drivers must yield to cyclists.
