It’s Shark Week!

My favorite week of the year is finally here...it's Shark Week!  YAY!!  But this year Shark Week is right here in our own backyard (or beach, actually).

As you probably know from yesterday's blog on our website, Shark Week has literally come to South Jersey, with shark sightings in Margate and Avalon.  Wait...Gladstone Avenue in Margate?? That's just a few blocks from my beach.  Don't get me wrong.  I love Shark Week!  I just love watching Shark Week in my living room on TV.  I don't necessarily need to experience it in person.  But then I figured if there are gonna be shark sightings in South Jersey, what better time than Shark Week??  Makes sense to me.  'Visit the Jersey Shore for Shark Week.  It'll be fun!'.  What do you think?  Too soon?  Well, I may never get hired to do the marketing campaign for the Jersey Shore.  But that's OK.  If I see any sharks myself, I hope it's during Shark Week.  And you can bet one thing...I will be enjoying the beach from my beach chair, at least during Shark Week.  Happy Shark Week, y'all.  :)
