An Atlantic City woman was killed in a hit and run accident on the Black Horse Pike on November 3rd, and now authorities have revealed who they think is responsible.

According to Acting Atlantic County  Prosecutor Diane Ruberton, Amy Smith, 37, of Atlantic City was killed when she was struck by a vehicle near the Egg Harbor Township and Atlantic City border.

Authorities have named a suspect in the case. They say Carlos Ignacio Prada Arriago, 27, of Pleasantville was driving the vehicle that struck Smith. They say he left the scene of the accident.

Arriago is facing a number of charges, and is actively being pursued.
