As much as I love going out to eat, I also spend a fair amount of time in my own kitchen. I especially enjoy baking, and one of my favorite desserts is also impossibly easy to make!

Seriously...it only requires only two ingredients!

This cake is gluten-free, and dangerously good. It's flourless chocolate hazelnut cake.

All you need is Nutella (chocolate hazelnut spread) and eggs. That's it. (If you don't like Nutella, you confuse me, and I question your taste buds. It's spreadable joy.)

Here's the full recipe:

Ingredients:

8.5 oz Nutella (use a food scale to weigh it)
4 large eggs

Preheat your oven to 350. Add the Nutella into a large bowl. (All of it. Spoon lickers, restrain yourselves!) In a separate bowl, use a high speed mixer to whip the eggs until they triple in volume. This will take a few minutes.

Slowly add the whipped eggs into the Nutella, one third at a time. Keep mixing until it is all very well incorporated and there are no eggy streaks.

Pour the batter into a lined pan, and bake for 20-25 minutes. It's done when an inserted knife comes out clean! If you want, you could dust a little powdered sugar on top, but I don't think it needs it.

Give it a try and let me know what you think!
