    Swimmer’s Eye

Get rid of calluses for good

Whether you're a runner or just a flip-flop walker, rough heels happen. Stay on top of the situation by filing down scaly patches with a foot file. For best results do this after the shower, when your skin is softer. There are plenty of over the counter remedies for this but one of the best is to put vaseline on your heels or calluses overnight while wearing socks.
