Hometown 5K Run and 1K Walk in Egg Harbor City

Hope you're enjoying a long 4th of July holiday weekend. Here's a great way to get in a workout this holiday weekend.  The Greater Egg Harbor City Chamber of Commerce will host its first-­‐ever Hometown 5K Race & 1-­‐Mile Fun Walk at 8 a.m. on Saturday, July 6. Registration starts at 7 a.m. on the 500-­‐block of Philadelphia Avenue.

The event kicks-­‐off the city’s annual Hometown Celebration, which will be held on the 100-­‐ block of Philadelphia Avenue from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. A Pancake Breakfast will be held immediately following the race at Mario’s Uptown Grill, 126 Philadelphia Ave. You can  register online at www.LMSports.com or call (609) 593-­‐6193.
