Friday Deadline to Send Love to Our Soldiers with Valentine’s For The Troops

This is it!  It's crunch time in our efforts to remember the thousands of American men and women who are far away from their friends, family and loved ones this Valentine's Day serving and protecting us.

Lite Rock's Valentine's For The Troops, our  7th annual collection... of your homemade valentines, boxes of chocolate and small teddy bears concludes at 5 p.m. Friday.

All the collected valentines will then be packed up and shipped overseas to American Soldiers deployed in Afghanistan, including thousands with the New Jersey Army National Guard.

Please consider this your last moment call-to-action?  We could especially use the help of of South Jersey schools, businesses, church and civic groups for group collections of valentines.

All valentines contributions must be dropped off at the Lite Rock studios, at 950 Tilton Road in Northfield, by 5 o'clock Friday afternoon., February 10th!
