Fall Bucket List: 7 Things to Do in South Jersey Before it Gets Cold

This is my favorite time of the year to do this. You don't have to deal with the crowds, the tourists and loud families with screaming and out of control children!

It's a great time of the year to see an outdoor show and enjoy some live music!

Ice cream just doesn't cut if for me when it feels like below zero outside. There are so many places to enjoy some delicious ice cream in South jersey including, Springer's in Stone Harbor, Sundae Best in Avalon, and Richman's in Brigantine.

What better way to pass the time on a lazy summer-like day. I have to admit I'm not big on fishing but, so many people really enjoy it!

New Jersey has some of the best in fishing in the entire country. From lakes, ponds, reservoirs, and of course the ocean! Try Birch Grove Park Pond in Northfield or Lake Lenape in Mays Landing.

New Jersey has so many beautiful trails to take advantage of like Batsto Lake Trail and Belleplain State Forest.

Have you put off doing yard and lawn work? I know I won't do this once the cold weather gets here. My wife always waits until it's football time on Sunday to start an outside project. I guess it's better to get it over with now before you have to work in the freezing cold!

I really enjoy having a nice meal outside. Now is the time to squeeze in as many outdoor meals as you can.

There are so many good choices in South Jersey to enjoy a meal outdoors including, Gilchrist Restaurant & Marina in Atlantic City and The Rusty Nail in Cape May!
