Lite Rock 96.9 will be at the Guts & Glory 5K Walk/Run at the Aquatic & Fitness Center in Ocean City on Sunday, August 14th from 8am until 11am! Stop by for food, music and fun while helping raise money and awareness for the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation of America! Registration begins at 7am and the walk/run begins at 8:30am with awards following.
