Join Lite Rock 96.9 WFPG and the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation of America for their 19th Annual Guts & Glory 5K Run at the Aquatic and Fitness Center on 18th & Simpson Avenue in Ocean City! Pre-registration is $20 and day of race registration is $25. Registration begins at 7am and the run begins at 8am.
