Additional Information

For over 30 years, Gregory’s has been turning up the heat during our Annual Cajun Festival.  This year’s promotion encompasses 10 days beginning Friday February 5 and running until Monday, February 15. The highlights include our famous 15 item Cajun menu, great live Dixie Jazz music on Saturday, February 6, 8:30pm, and the area’s “craziest” Mardi Gas celebration Tuesday, February 9.

Our Cajun menu celebrates the classical dishes with southern treasures such as okra, peppers, crawfish, andouille sausage and yes even alligator.  Specialties include Jambalaya (chicken & spicy andouille sausage over rice); Shrimp & Crawfish Creole (crawfish and gulf shrimp awakened by a roux, spices, herbs, tomatoes, peppers and onions), Crawfish Ettouffee (pure tail meat smothered in veggies, herbs & spices); and Fresh Fried Catfish  -- just to name a few!  All entrees include dirty rice, pepper hash, hushpuppies, French & corn bread and award-winning service from your servers!  Start your Louisiana journey with a rich gumbo stew made daily by our chef or one of the seven appetizers including alligator bites, fried crawfish tails, Cajun sautéed shrimp and catfish sticks.  House-made pecan pie, pecan ice cream parfait or custard bread pudding to finish off this extraordinary Southern experience.

Tuesday 9 PM, February 9, is Mardi Gras night. We honor the Cajun Fat Tuesday spirit when our normally riotous Taco Tuesday party becomes the busiest party night of the year for Gregory’s.  Colorful hanging beads are King and the supply never runs out as the party runs late.

Live Dixieland Jazz begins at 8:30pm on Saturday, February 6th with Franny Smith, Bob Ferguson & the rest of the A.C. New Orleans Jazz Band.  Music is presented by Gregory’s and the South Jersey Jazz Society. A special late night Cajun appetizer menu will be available for the show.
