Join Lite Rock 96.9 WFPG for the Tri-State Basset Hound Rescue's 2018 BoardWaddle on the Ocean City Boardwalk on Saturday, April 14th as they attempt to break the Guinness Book World Record for the Largest Dog Walk (Single Breed). The current record is 783 Yorkshire Terriers set in 2015!
YOU can help the Tri-State Basset Hound Rescue attempt to break this record by inviting EVERY Basset owner you know to the parade! We need your help before the parade though. We need EVERY PERSON AND DOG WALKING IN THE PARADE TO REGISTER! Please visit WORLD RECORD WADDLE to register yourself and your hounds. On-site registration will take place at Ocean City Tabernacle at 6th & Asbury Avenue in Ocean City the day-of-the-event from 10am-11:30am.
Lite Rock 96.9 WFPG will be on hand at the post-Waddle BoardWaddle Picnic on the Practice Football Field next to the Ocean City Civic Center (840 E. 6th Street, Ocean City, NJ 08226) from 1pm until 3pm! The BoardWaddle Picnic features craft vendors, pet supply vendors, food vendors, local rescue groups and the Tri-State Basset Hound Rescue has a store selling merchandise too. There will be hounds available for adoption and plenty of Basset Games (including: Best Costume, Best Parade Float, Best Trick, Longest Ears, Look-Alike and much more).
