Join the Ocean City Education Foundation for a weekend of fun and fitness! There will be many fitness classes including swimming, beginner karate self-defense, boot camp, family yoga, TRX, spinning, dance and much more! There will be fitness evaluations, nutrition lectures and fitness contests! Costs include: Family: (4 people) $80, Individual: $30, Student: $20. Unlimited sessions between Saturday and Sunday.
