This is music to my ears! According to a new study drinking more coffee could actually have health benefits.

A recent study from the 2015 Dietary Guidelines Advisory Committee and reported at msn.com, found evidence that drinking 3 to 5 cups of coffee a day does not pose any health risks if your healthy, and the study also suggests that drinking that much joe could actually have health benefits.

The new study also found evidence that drinking moderate amounts of coffee can also decrease risk of cardiovascular disease and type 2 diabetes in healthy adults. The study also suggests limiting your calorie intake from sugars and high-fat dairy products or dairy substitutes.

I'm good for 3 cups of coffee a day. Two in the morning and my cup of DD in the afternoon. You can now enjoy that second or maybe third cup of coffee without the guilt anymore...
