(Don’t) Call Me Maybe! Carly Rae Jepsen’s Hilarious Failed First Pitch [VIDEO]

YouTube

If things don’t work out for Carly Rae Jepsen in the music business, one thing seems almost certain.  She won’t be moving in to sports world as a baseball pitcher.

The 27-year-old Canadian singer was called on to throw out the ceremonial first pitch at Sunday’s Tampa Bay Rays game, and, well, let’s just say it wasn’t her finest moment.

Jepsen embarrassingly missed, sending the ball wildly to the sidelines, a 10-foot pitch that rolled wide of the cameraman.

Jepsen’s reaction was adorable, leading us to propose she throw out the first pitch at a different ballpark every night for the rest of the year.

Watch the memorable first pitch here.
