Here'a another fun recipe for our night time hostess Delilah. Pumpkin makes a Big Comeback right before the holidays..  How about a tasty dish of Pumpkin and Sausage Pasta. Here's Delilah's recipe for Pumpkin and Sausage Pasta. And don't forget Delilah keep you company and plays your favorite loves songs every night at 7 on Lite Rock....

Pumpkin and Sausage Pasta

1 pkg ziti or rotini, cooked
1 pkg Italian sausage
1 medium onion, chopped
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 can pumpkin
1 8 oz can evaporated milk (use half and add more if you want it creamier)
2 tsp pumpkin spice (nutmeg, cinnamon, allspice)

Brown onions and garlic in olive oil, slowly stir in sausage and brown (if in a casing, take it out and cook loose).
Put aside cooked ingredients and cook pasta till al dente.
In pan with sausage, stir in pumpkin and spices and then slowly add in milk, heat up until warm.
Then add sausage mixture to the pan with pasta and mix well.

This is simply delicious!
