Davy Jones Of The Monkees Has Died At 66 [VIDEO]

Sad to report that ABC news has reported that Davy Jones has passed away this morning after suffering a heart attack in Indiantown, Florida.

Davy Jones joined the Monkees in 1965. Along with Peter Tork, Michael Nesmith and Mickey Dolenz The Monkees sold millions of records and had a hit TV series on NBC.

Sad news indeed... I used to watch their show religiously when I was a kid and one of the first 45's I ever bought was "Last Train To Clarksville".

Jones is surrived by his wife, Jessica and four daughters from previous marriages.
