Could you be younger next year. Absolutely, at least as it relates to how you feel.. "Younger Next Year " is an interesting book written by a doctor and his 70 year old patient who completely changed his life, lost weight and now feels about 20 years younger.  The book focuses on reversing the aging process by eating better and getting more active.

The biggest take away- exercise fairly hard a minimum of 45 minutes  six days a week and never ever miss.  They say once you stop, you may never start again.  I know that sounds like a lot, but the point is to be consistent.  If you are completely inactive, they advise starting with less time and lower intensity workouts, and work your way up.

Of course, the book recommends checking with your doctor first, but I do like the concept of being active almost every day.  We were not made to sit on the couch and eat chips, we were made to move. If we are blessed with the ability to do so, staying active is one  way to show our appreciation for this amazing machine we call our body. "Younger Next Year" is written  by Chris Crowley and Dr. Henry Lodge..  I quote this book in my in article about slowing the aging process in NJ Lifestyle Magazine   \ - check it out at literock969.com or visit us on Facebook.
