Contact Cape-Atlantic Avalon 5K

Looking for a great way to start your weekend... CONTACT Cape-Atlantic will hold the 32nd Annual Avalon 5 Miler on Saturday, July 14 at 8:00 a.m., with registration beginning at 7:00 a.m. This 5 mile run and 2 mile walk begins at the Avalon Community Hall at 30th and Avalon Avenue. Pre-registration is $20 and same day registration is $25.
