A Christmas Wonderland is coming to Somers Point this weekend as the 71st Annual Charity League Christmas Mart opens this weekend!

The Charity League of Atlantic County was first organized in 1932 and the first Christmas Mart took place in 1947. Members work all year on sequined Charity League pins. Every year a different holiday design is chosen. Over 6,000 holiday pins will be sold to open the Christmas Mart and they usually sell out fast, according to Shore News Today.

You can also do some early Christmas shopping as over 25 vendors will be selling jewelry, art, holiday decorations and homemade cakes!

The 71st Charity League will take place Greate Bay Country Club in Somers Point this Friday from 10 AM to 8 PM, and 10 to 4 PM on Saturday, November 18th.
