Busted Vineland Guy: ‘It’s New Year’s Eve, Everyone Drives Drunk’

A Vineland man who was pulled over for suspected DUI on New Year's Eve claimed he shouldn't be arrested because it is a time "when everyone drives drink".

According to The Daily Journal, Daniel Pratts used that faulty logic after being pulled over in Vineland and failing a roadside sobriety test.

Pratts' argument wasn't convincing anyone. He was cited for refusal to take a breath test and reckless driving.
