Would you be willing to shave your head this Saturday?  Would you do it if shaving your head benefitted  childhood cancer research?

That's the question the St.Baldrick's Foundation is asking as we prepare for Saturday's fundraiser in Somers Point.

Join Lite Rock 96.9 WFPG this Saturday, March 12 at the Somers Point United Methodist Church at 223 Doran Avenue for a chance to be a hero for kids with cancer!

Join us at this St. Baldrick's event, and whether you decide to shave your head, volunteer, or donate, you'll be a part of the excitement!

The St. Baldrick's Foundation is a volunteer-driven charity that funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any organization except the U.S. government.

Get involved and you'll be giving hope to infants, children, teens and young adults fighting childhood cancers!

This St. Baldrick's event runs from 10a-4p. Lite Rock will be there from noon to 2p. You can contact Charlie Kinch for more information at 609-457-7680 or ckinch28@gmail.com

Here's a video showing you more about the good work of the St. Baldrick's Foundation.
