Beach Tags May Be Available Online for Some South Jersey Beaches

We really can't complain yet about this winter season. It does seem like it's been cold for a while, but we can't forget about the warm weather we had during the holidays. With that being said, who's ready to start thinking about summer and soaking up the sun?

According to the Shore News Today, you may soon be able to buy your beach tags for Ventnor and Longport beaches, online. Officials from Ventnor are considering using an app called Viplypass.com, which would enable you to buy your beach tags directly from your iPhone. The app can also be used for information on weather conditions and beach closings.

Ventnor officials are also looking at the possibility of $14,000 in added revenue from the additional beach tag purchases.
