Atlantic County Animal Shelter Drops Adoption Fees For One Day Only

Have you considered adopting a cat or dog this summer? Furry friends can bring such joy to your life. There are so many amazing animals that need a home that they can call their very own. 

The Atlantic County Animal Shelter once again will waive adoption fees this weekend with the 4th annual Clear The Shelter Days promotion, according to the Press of Atlantic City.

All cats and dogs adoption fees will be dropped for one day this Saturday (8/18) from noon to 4 PM. 97 animals found their furever homes with last year's event.

$110 is the normal fee for puppies and dogs and $85 dollars for kittens and cats. All adoptions also include vaccinations, micro-chipping and spay and neutering. Free obedience training is a nice perk for all dogs adopted from the shelter.

The Atlantic County Animal Shelter is located 240 Old Turnpike Road in Pleasantville.
