ARE YOU READY FOR SEASON 11 OF AMERICAN IDOL?

Here we go again... Premering tonight on Fox, TV's top-rated show year after year and according to USA Today it could go on forever! 
American Idol gets monster ratings year after year. It's been TV's top rated show for a record seven consecutive seasons. Idols ratings have been on a gradual decline, down 18% since Season 5. Last year Idol's numbers actually went up 4% thanks to new judges Steven Tyler and Jennifer Lopez.

One of the main reasons I tuned in last year was because of Steven Tyler and I actually didn't miss Simon Cowell.

  Season 5 runner up Kathrine Mcphee stars next month in NBC's musical series Smash and Daughtry who was also a season 5 runner up starts a big tour this spring.
