It's been a rough couple of days if you an allergy sufferer.Unfortunately, it's going to get worse before it gets better over the next couple of days.
Pollen levels will be high for most parts of South Jersey through Wednesday according to pollen.com.  A “high” reading means those  who suffer will be affected. The daytime hours could bring the most sever symptoms.

Here are some tips to help you if you do suffer fro allergies:

Pollen counts are the strongest from 5AM to 8PM. Change your outdoor workout schedule to avoid exposure. Warm and dry mornings will be the worst for pollen levels.

Don't hang your clothes and bedding outside.

Wash your hands and face after you've been outside to help remove all pollen.

Sunglasses will help shield your eyes from pollen.

Pets and people who spend alot of times outside will be exposed to pollen. Try to minimize your contact with them.

Visit your doctor if you think an allergy shot or medications makes sense for you.
