Absecon Police Need Help Identifying Creepy Criminals [PHOTOS]

Absecon Police are asking for your help identifying two creepy looking men caught on surveillance video who are involved in a case of criminal mischief.  Please take a look at these distinctive photos and see if you recognize these guys.
