A big announcement from the Zarrow family

Our chief meteorologist is forecasting an impending bundle of sunshine!

My wife Amy and I are thrilled to announce that we are expecting an addition to our family! Our new little raindrop — nicknamed "Baby Z" so far — is due in late February. Our two year-old son Jackson is very excited to become a big brother!

This has been a pretty rough year for us, so this joyous news is like the clouds parting after a storm. We actually found out on Father's Day... it was pretty emotional, to say the least!

The road toward pregnancy wasn't easy this time around — we'll share the story of our infertility treatments at a later time. For now, we want to give a special shout-out to Dr. Hessler, Dr. Keegan, Nurse Jennifer, and everyone else who were so compassionate, professional, and successful!

As our little snowflake continues to grow, we will continue to keep you updated! (Next big event: gender reveal in October.)

Of course, knowing my luck, "Baby Z" will probably be born in the middle of an epic snowstorm in February. "Live from the delivery room, I'm Meteorologist Dan Zarrow!"
